From 1st July 2018, Alaya Hotels & Resorts will cease all management responsibilities for Alaya Resort Jembawan and its onsite DaLa Spa. The decision to part ways is a mutual agreement between Alaya Hotels & Resorts and the owner of Alaya Resort Jembawan. Both parties have committed to maintaining close ties and sharing a vested interest in other areas of business in the future.
Throughout the transition process, Alaya Hotels & Resorts will remain fully committed to delivering the highest possible standards of service and guest experiences at Alaya Resort Jembawan. All bookings and other obligations with travel partners, media outlets, suppliers and other parties relating to the resort’s operation will be honoured up to 30th June 2018.
Alaya Hotels & Resorts is headed by PT. Alaya Resorts, a privately-owned holding company based in Indonesia. It currently operates several successful leisure ventures including Alaya Resort Ubud, Alaya Dedaun Kuta, DaLa Spa, Petani Restaurant and Manisan Bali. As the change comes into effect, Alaya Hotels & Resorts will remain focused on its growth strategy by exploring opportunities to further expand the Alaya brand. This will entail partnering with likeminded investors within the region to conceptualize and develop hotels/resorts under Alaya’s Premium 5-star brand and diamond-rated villas.
