We are pleased to announce that Panorama Destination has opened its first office in Malaysia. Located in the capital city of Kuala Lumpur, our newest office officially started operations on Tuesday, 1st May, with Noor M Ismail as General Manager, reporting directly to Renato Domini, CEO of Panorama Destination. Operations in Malaysia will be kept lean and efficient, with a team of 10 full-time staff by the end of the year.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, the new office will take care of FIT and Group bookings for inbound leisure and Incentive travel, covering both Malaysia and Singapore. As Noor himself explained: “We are very excited about the opening; our set up will include operations and logistics teams, data management and product development, with myself looking after the sales and business development for the time being.”
The new office has already started responding to enquiries and taking bookings for this summer, mainly from markets in Europe, South Africa and regional neighbours too, including India. The team have also received particularly positive interest for FIT bookings to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak, including Singapore too.
“Panorama Destination Malaysia is committed to developing a range of classic and unique products to sell. As a new set up, you can’t neglect Classic Products such as round trips combining Kuala Lumpur, Cameron Highlands, Penang, Langkawi and Borneo. However, our niche will be in experiential travel that focuses on multi-destination trips combining Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. We are also capable of cross-selling and cross-referral among our offices,” said Noor.
The new office in Malaysia, in tandem with our first office in Thailand that opened last year, adds to Panorama Destination’s growing network of products and services, opening up a wider range of destinations throughout Southeast Asia.
