In an annual awards ceremony hosted by TTG Asia, Bangkok Airways has won the title of “Best Boutique Airline.” The TTG Travel Awards honour the best of the best in the Asia-Pacific travel trade.
This year’s event honoured more than 80 stellar organisations and individuals across four categories: Travel Supplier, Travel Agency, Outstanding Achievement and Travel Hall of Fame. Winners are decided in a series of votes cast by hoteliers, airline staff, car rental companies, cruise operators, national tourism organizations, GDS companies and all other travel professionals. With the endorsement of their business peers, TTG Travel Award winners epitomise the highest standards of the region’s travel industry.
The award was collected by Mr. Varong Israsena Na Ayudhya, Vice President- Sales, at the 29th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2018 Ceremony and Gala Dinner held at the World Ballroom, Centara Grand at Central World in Bangkok. Upon receiving the accolade, he commented: “On behalf of everyone at Bangkok Airways, I am honoured to receive TTG Travel Awards 2018 for ‘Best Boutique Airline’. The TTG Travel Awards has been recognising the best of Asia-Pacific’s travel industry since 1989 and has grown into one of the most prestigious and influential awards to be won in the region’s travel industry.
