THAI Smile Airways has prepared a special dessert menu to welcome the upcoming Songkran Festival. The new menu is a creation with the famous dessert shop, Audrey Cafe, made to cool off the hot summer days on THAI Smile’s flights. Available on both domestic and international routes from 13-17 April 2019, the new dessert menu is inspired by Audrey Cafe’s popular panna cotta.
The chief customer service officer of THAI Smile Airways, Nednapang Teeravas said that THAI Smile Airways is committed to delivering excellent services beyond customer expectations to emphasize a full-service airline with outstanding service, whether it be in-flight meals and beverages, seat selection or free baggage allowance. Teeravas also stated that passengers can expect a special menu to accompany more than 10 special occasions throughout the year.
“For Songkran Festival this year, THAI Smile would like to say Happy Thai New Year with fresh sweet dessert menus that THAI Smile has partnered with Audrey Café, a Panna Cotta menu that is mixed with Thai summer fruits like Nam Dok Mai Mango and Marian Plum.” said Nednapang Teeravas. “If any passengers plan to travel during this Songkran Festival, please try to taste the menu that we intend to give to all passengers throughout this special occasion,” she continued.
The chief executive officer of Audrey Group Inc, Janista Charoonsmith, stated that Audrey Cafe is pleased to be chosen to create a special menu by bringing seasonal fruits of Thailand, both mango and marian plum as the main raw material. Audrey Café has crafted their popular panna cotta to create a new sweet menu, with 2 special menus: Mango Sago Panna Cotta and Marian Plum Panna Cotta. These special menus can be enjoyed by all passengers throughout the Songkran festival period in April 2019.
