Solo - Prambanan Temple - Yogyakarta

Following breakfast at the hotel, check out and prepare to embark on today's tour by air-conditioned vehicle, with which you will be driven to the foot of Mount Lawu, belonging to Karanganyar Regency. Take a winding road through Kemuning Village, surrounded by beautiful tea plantations. At the top of the mountain you will explore the Cetho Temple. Drive back down the mountain to Berjo Village to enjoy the extraordinary monument of Sukuh Temple, featuring many fascinating reliefs, statues and a pyramid sructure that's reminiscent of the Aztec temples in South America. Head back to Solo and continue to Prambanan on the main road connecting Jogja and Solo. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant, then uncover the ancient Ramayana reliefs of the Syiwa and Brahma Temple at Prambanan Temple Complex. At Wisnu Temple, you will see a detailed depiction of Krisna's life carved into the stonework. Proceed driving for 2 km to see Plaosan Temple. Then drive to Yogyakarta for overnight accommodation. After checked-in and short rest, on board for dinner at genuine traditional house-restaurant in town.

Yogyakarta City Tour - Candirejo Village - Borobudur Sunset

After breakfast, embark on tour to Kraton (or Sultan Palace), built in 1755 by Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I after the splitting of New Mataram Kingdom due to internal conflicts relating to succession. Explore Taman Sari - or water castle - built especially for the Royal Family. Proceed to Kampung Tirtodipuran - home of Batik making; a famous style and method of textile production unique to Indonesia. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue by car to visit Candirejo Village, where you will take a ride in a traditional Andong horse cart and get an insight into the working lives of local people. Proceed to Borobudur Temple; a masterpiece of ancient architecture that features a comprehensive display of the Buddha's life and ascention to Nirvana. Here you can experience an amazing sunset from the top of the monument. Drive back to your hotel for overnight accommodation.

Plataran Sunrise - Selogriyo Adventure

Wake up before the break of dawn to see the sun rising over the jungles and the green plateau of Central Java. Enjoy an envigorating coffee and breakfast at your hotel, then set off by car for a short drive to Mendut and Pawon Temple. A huge Buddha statue is flanked by two Bodhysatwas - Avalokitesvara and Vajrapani; a great place to take a picture. Proceed to drive for around an hour, then continue by motorcycle and a short trek to reach Selogriyo Temple, located off the beaten track. Your efforts will be rewarded by astonishing views of the rice terraces. Head back to Magelang for lunch and continue driving to Losari for overnight accommodation.
