Ayana has announced plans to rebrand the 366-room InterContinental MidPlaza Jakarta as Ayana Midplaza Jakarta, effective April 1 next year.
The InterCon is a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Jakarta’s business and commercial district in the Sudirman and Thamrin area. It is conveniently located near to shopping malls such as Plaza Indonesia and other great attractions in the city centre.
The hotel lends itself to corporate events, conferences and weddings with an extensive array of meeting facilities, complemented by elegant guest rooms and stylish dining options. It is independently owned and operated by PT Prima Adhitma International.
The award-winning AYANA Resort and Spa Bali is a world-class destination resort located on 90 hectares of cliff-top land perched above Jimbaran Bay, just 10 kilometres from Bali airport.
Clive Edwards, general manager of Ayana Resort and Spa Bali has issued a statement saying that the rebrand of the InterCon to Ayana Midplaza Jakarta is “the next significant milestone in our plans to launch Ayana hotels across Indonesia.â€
The rebranded property will feature four signature restaurants, a wellness sanctuary and a large selection of private event venues designed especially for conferences and weddings.
In an extra development, guests staying at the hotel will also have access to Riverside Golf Course, an 18-hole par-72 championship course just 1.5 hours’ drive from the hotel.
