New Apartments From Frasers Hospitality Group

In order to meet its own ambitious target of 1,500 units in the city by 2019, Frasers Hospitality Group has announced the opening of a fourth property in Jakarta.

Located within Ciputra World 2 Jakarta, Fraser Suites Kuningan is a Gold-Standard serviced residence designed by award-winning SCDA Architects and situated in Jalan Profesor Dokter Satrio, an emerging financial, shopping and arts district of Jakarta.

The new property comes hot on the heels of previous openings by the same outfit. As the serviced apartments division of Frasers Centrepoint Limited,

Frasers Hospitality Group already opened Fraser Place Setiabudi in 2016, Fraser Residence Menteng in 2014 and before that, Fraser Residence Sudirman in 2011. An additional five properties are also planned for the near future.

The 210-unit Fraser Suites Kuningan will feature a selection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, catering to short- and long-term stays of business and leisure travellers. A private library, 24-hour private lobby and tennis court are among the other facilities available on-site.

In a statement to Travel Weekly Asia, Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Group, Choe Peng Sum confirmed that Indonesia continues to be of strategic importance to the group’s global plans, with further expansion across key regions and secondary cities in the country including areas such as Bali, Bandung, Medan, Surabaya and Yogyakarta.
