Panorama Destination Bali Earns Safety Certification
14 September 2020 | Written by Chris Alexander

As Panorama Destination continues plotting its course towards a return to operations, the company’s journey has been furthered by recognition from the Regional Government. On Thursday (10 September), Panorama Destination’s Bali branch office received New Normal in the Tourism Sector certification from the Bali Regional Government, which was handed over directly by the Head of the Bali Tourism Office in Denpasar. The receipt of this certificate confirms the company’s full compliance with health and safety protocols, and adds to Panorama Destination’s growing credentials as a Destination Management Company (DMC) that is dedicated to the health and safety of its guests.

In addition to the inspection and certification from the regional government, Panorama Destination has also conducted a self-assessment based on the guidelines from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) to implement its own New Normal protocols, according to a standardised roadmap provided by and for tour operators. Following successful completion of the self-assessment from the WTTC, Panorama Destination has embedded the Safe Travels stamp on its products, website and branding, as a sign of quality and the confidence that clients can place in our services.

Since June 2020, Panorama Destination has been implementing a dedicated set of Covid-19 health protocols, policy and safety guidelines. These measures include routine health checks for all employees, internal training for health protocols, F&B hygiene measures for employees and clients, protocols for activities and operational tours and a new selection of safe tour products and services. The New Normal for Panorama Destination operations also comprises detailed health protocols for hotels, MICE activities, drivers and tourist destinations.
