Panorama Destination has won the award for Best Travel Agency in Indonesia at the 30th iteration of the annual TTG Travel Awards. The award was presented at the Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner, held at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, in Bangkok, on 26th September 2019.
The award was collected on stage by Renato Domini, who is the CEO of Panorama Destination. “It really is a great honour to collect the award for ‘Best Travel Agency in Indonesia’ among such illustrious company,” said Renato. “The fact that these awards are voted for by our peers, clients and industry colleagues is especially satisfying – with all the tourism industry talent on show in Southeast Asia, it’s truly humbling to be named the best in our respective field,” he added.
“I would like to thank every member of the team at Panorama Destination for their innovation and dedication over the past year,” continued Renato. “I hope we can continue to go from strength to strength, continue developing Indonesia as a destination and hopefully be back here again next year,” he concluded.
This year’s success marks the eighth time in 12 years that Panorama Destination has been named Indonesia’s Best Travel Agency, having previously won the award in 2007, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Spanning two decades of growth and development in Asian tourism, the awards have also expanded from a mere 10 awards in their opening year, to a larger and more comprehensive recognition of excellence in the industry. This year’s event featured a total of 80 winners across four categories.
Renowned as Asia-Pacific’s most prestigious travel industry accolade, the TTG Awards have been operating since 1989. This annual event honours stellar organisations and individuals in four categories: Travel Supplier, Travel Agency, Outstanding Achievement and Travel Hall of Fame. This TTG Travel Trade Publishing event is proudly organised by TTG Asia, with the support of TTG India, TTG China, TTGmice, TTGassociations, TTG-BTmice China and TTG Asia Luxury.
