18 September 2017 | Written by Chris Alexander

“A boutique experience beyond expectation” – the corporate mantra of SereS Resorts provided a blueprint and the nucleus for their latest project – a five-star flagship boutique; their second hotel in the emerging tourist destination of Ubud, Bali.

SereS Springs Resort & Spa + Conference is located in the village of Singakerta. With blissful views over the River Wos and quintessentially Balinese terraced rice fields to the east, the resort is the perfect location for meditation, relaxation and wellness treatments. The resort also features a natural spring water pond, adding to the soothing, tranquil and serene setting.

The Resort comprises 44 superior rooms, 16 suites with tubs on their balconies and 20 villas, each with individual dipping pool. Amenities include two large swimming pools with spacious decks and 46 chaises-lounge chairs. A grand ballroom with pre-function foyer can accommodate up to 350 guests, alongside a junior ballroom for 150 guests, two function rooms, business centre, fitness centre, kids club and video lounge.

All-day dining is available at the Mulberry Place, featuring diverse cuisine and seating for 45 people. The resort’s Bell’Aria Italian restaurant features a wood-fired pizza oven; Café DarSini Lounge & Bar, with a 60-person capacity, provides guests with live music and DJ performances.

The SereS Spa Sanctuary complex offers six treatment studios, natural spring water pool, yoga facilities and a specially designed multifunctional wedding pavilion, overlooking the nearby rice fields and river.
