Transformation Period Coming Up For Conrad Bali
04 October 2017 | Written by Chris Alexander

Conrad Bali has announced the resort will soon embark on a period of transformation and renovations, in order to deliver luxury experiences to the high standards that are synonymous with the Conrad brand.

The transformation period is scheduled to span ten months in total – from 1st November 2017, until 31st August 2018.

The resort’s master plan for the changes has been divided into several phases. First, guestrooms at the South Wing will be refurbished; this involves a complete overhaul of all 157 rooms. New facilities and furniture will include polished marble tiles, a reconfiguration of the existing space and sleek modern décor that will rejuvenate the overall ambience of the rooms.

Secondly, the Suku restaurant is set to be upgraded and enhanced into a fully air-conditioned restaurant with glass doors, extended space and open kitchen concept with Balinese touches that seeks to connect diners with authentic Balinese culinary heritage.

Thirdly, Conrad Bali’s lagoon pool and center pool will also be improved. During these scheduled renovations, guests will still be able to access the resort’s other

swimming pools, along with the many other facilities available within the resort. Conrad’s other restaurants will also remain open for business as usual during this period.

To ensure minimal disruption, the resort will assign guests to the rooms, suites and villas in areas that are situated further away from the renovation work. In addition, impacted areas will be boarded up and surrounded by a buffer space to minimize noise.
