Panorama Destination is expanding regional by opening an office in Bangkok, Thailand. We are seeking a highly motivated and self driven individual to fill the position as Managing Director. Reporting to the CEO, the Managing Director is responsible to set up the company and run all aspects of the company's business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Oversee all aspects of the company's performance such as stragic planning, sales & marketing, operations and logistics, finance and accounting, producht and marketing, business development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
• Proven leadership and performance management ability to motivate teams to excel and drive business
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Strong understanding of the tourism industry
• Strong background in either Destination Marketing or Destination Management within South East Asia
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MBA will be preferred
