Country Manager Message – Vietnam
Greetings from our new office in Ho Chi Minh City!
April is one of the most rewarding times to experience Vietnam, offering a rare “golden window” of travel before the summer heat and tropical rains arrive. Across the country, conditions are at their most inviting—crisp, clear sunshine in the North, calm turquoise seas along the Central coast, and warm, dry days in the South. This seasonal balance makes it an ideal time to explore Vietnam’s diverse landscapes in comfort.
The month is also rich in culture and celebration. Key national events include the Hung Kings’ Temple Festival (26 April) in Phu Tho, honouring Vietnam’s founding ancestors; and Reunification Day (30 April), one of the country’s most important holidays. In Ho Chi Minh City, the Saigon River Festival brings the waterfront to life with large-scale performances, while fireworks and street celebrations create a vibrant, festive atmosphere. In Central Vietnam, the Hue Festival showcases the grandeur of the former imperial capital through cultural performances, heritage experiences and international collaborations.
Beyond the festivities, April is an exceptional time to travel throughout the country. The terraced landscapes of Sapa begin to glow with new rice growth, Ninh Binh offers tranquil boat journeys through limestone karsts, and Mai Chau’s valleys are at their most lush and peaceful. Along the coast, Hoi An and Hue enjoy ideal beach conditions, while Phu Quoc remains in its prime dry season with crystal-clear waters—perfect for snorkelling and island exploration. In the Mekong Delta, orchards begin to fill with tropical fruits, offering a vibrant glimpse into local life.
We are also pleased to share that our Vietnam office has recently relocated to District 1, placing us in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City and enhancing our ability to support partners and clients more effectively.
