Country Manager Message – Vietnam

Hello from Vietnam.

Visitors to Vietnam this month are in for a treat, with a vibrant calendar of cultural events taking place across the country. In Da Nang, the final weeks of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival continue to illuminate the Han River with spectacular displays from international teams, while the Vietnam–Japan Festival brings together traditional performances, cuisine and cultural exchanges celebrating the friendship between the two nations. Further south, Nha Trang hosts the Khanh Hoa Sea Tourism Festival, showcasing the region’s coastal culture through parades, performances, sporting events and culinary experiences.

Our key destinations this month include Hanoi, Sapa, Mai Chau, Halong Bay, Phu Quoc Island and Con Dao Island, each offering a unique perspective on Vietnam’s diverse landscapes and cultural heritage. For travellers seeking something beyond the traditional tourist trail, we are also highlighting Vietnam’s Central Highlands. This fascinating region reveals a different side of the country, where volcanic landscapes, pine forests, ethnic minority cultures and renowned coffee-growing regions create an authentic and rewarding travel experience. Destinations such as Pleiku, Kon Tum, Mang Den and Dak Lak offer visitors the opportunity to discover a lesser-known Vietnam rich in natural beauty and cultural traditions.

Within our office, we continue to invest in future talent through our internship recruitment and practical training programme in partnership with local universities. Continuous learning also remains a priority across the team through regular knowledge-sharing initiatives and on-the-job coaching, helping us strengthen our expertise and maintain the highest standards of service for our clients.

We are currently delighted to be welcoming a couple from Italy and Spain on an 11-day journey through Vietnam. Their itinerary showcases the remarkable diversity of the country, from the historic streets of Hanoi and the stunning scenery of Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, to the imperial heritage of Hue, the charm of Hoi An and the vibrant atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City. Combined with visits to the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta, their journey highlights the many experiences that make Vietnam such a captivating destination.

As summer unfolds across Vietnam, each region reveals its own unique character. The lush green rice terraces of Sapa and Mai Chau, the timeless beauty of Halong Bay and the tranquil island escapes of Phu Quoc and Con Dao all offer memorable experiences for travellers during this season.

Wherever your journey may lead, we look forward to helping your clients discover the people, places and stories that make Vietnam truly special.

Kind regards,

Nguyen Thi Minh Trang
