Country Manager Message – Vietnam

Hello from Vietnam!

As August unfolds, Vietnam enters a season of quieter beauty, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the country’s diverse landscapes, rich cultural heritage and warm hospitality at a more relaxed pace. From the misty mountains of Sapa and Mai Chau to the tranquil waterways of Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, and from the timeless charm of Hoi An and Hue to the vibrant communities of the Mekong Delta, each destination reveals its own unique character and unforgettable experiences.

This month also brings two exciting events to Vietnam’s tourism calendar. Throughout August, the Hanoi Beverage Festival celebrates the capital’s vibrant culinary heritage with traditional drinks, local coffee, craft beverages and cultural performances. Later in the month, Ho Chi Minh City will host the 20th edition of ITE HCMC, Vietnam’s largest international travel trade exhibition. Our team looks forward to attending the event from 27–29 August, where we will reconnect with valued partners, meet new industry colleagues and explore opportunities to strengthen future collaborations.

Within our office, we continue to invest in developing our people through our internship programme with local universities, alongside regular knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job coaching that support the continuous growth of our team.

We are also delighted to welcome a corporate group of 56 guests to Da Lat this month for a four-day retreat designed to foster meaningful connections through authentic local experiences. From exploring bustling markets and travelling aboard Da Lat’s historic railway to sharing dinner with the K’Ho community in Lat Village and participating in traditional gong performances, the programme combines cultural immersion with team building. A particularly memorable activity is a sign language workshop, demonstrating that meaningful communication and genuine human connection can take many different forms.

To all our clients and partners, thank you for your continued confidence in Panorama Destination Vietnam. We hope this season inspires your guests to discover Vietnam’s quieter moments, connect with its people and cultures, and create lasting memories in one of Southeast Asia’s most captivating destinations. We look forward to welcoming you to Vietnam soon.

Kind regards,

Nguyen Thi Minh Trang
