A message from Panorama Destination Thailand

Hello from Bangkok!

With November upon us, it’s the start of another exciting high season in the Land of Smiles! With the recent flooding now subsided and all tours operating as normal, our team is busy preparing to welcome visitors from around the world. From November, we will be handling four charter flight arrivals per week from Europe, alongside growing numbers of travellers arriving on direct flights to Bangkok.

The arrival of the cooler season makes November a wonderful time to explore northern Thailand, particularly Chiang Mai. One of the month’s big highlights is Loy Krathong, Thailand’s enchanting Festival of Lights, when beautifully decorated floating offerings illuminate rivers and waterways. In Chiang Mai, spectacular sky lantern displays add to the celebrations, creating a truly magical atmosphere.

Nature lovers also have plenty to look forward to. The Similan and Surin Islands have reopened to visitors, offering exceptional opportunities for snorkelling and island adventures. Meanwhile, the trekking season is beginning at Doi Luang Chiang Dao, with online bookings now available for the 2026–27 season. For something a little different, we also recommend exploring Chiang Mai’s waterways by boat to discover magnificent century-old monkey pod trees.

With the cooler weather approaching and Thailand’s cultural calendar coming alive, now is an excellent time to plan a winter escape. We still have a range of special hotel promotions available throughout November, so be sure to ask our team about last-minute offers.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We look forward to another successful season together and to welcoming your guests for unforgettable experiences in Thailand!
