This October, one of the world’s most celebrated voices is coming to Indonesia. Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli will bring his Romanza 30th Anniversary World Tour to the country for two special performances: Borobudur, Central Java, on 31 October, followed by Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) on 3 November. Both concerts begin at 8pm.
The tour celebrates three decades of Romanza, the landmark album that helped introduce Bocelli to audiences around the world. Its best-known songs include the enduring Con te partirò, which became one of his signature recordings. Indonesia has been chosen for two distinctive performances, combining world-class music with two very different settings.
An extraordinary night at Borobudur

Three days later, Bocelli heads to Jakarta, where he will perform at JIExpo Kemayoran on 3 November. The Jakarta concert is planned for an audience of approximately 9,000, with a full arena production incorporating staging, screens, lighting and sound.
Together, the concerts provide two very different ways to experience the Romanza anniversary – one surrounded by the cultural heritage and landscapes of Central Java, the other amid the energy of Indonesia’s capital.
