From 19–21 February, Tourism Malaysia participated in the South Asia Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2025 in New Delhi, marking its 21st appearance at the event. The initiative aimed to reinforce Malaysia’s status as a preferred travel destination for Indian tourists. The booth was inaugurated by Dato’ Muzafar Shah Mustafa, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to India, alongside Ahmad Johanif Mohd Ali, Director of Tourism Malaysia Delhi. This year, the focus was on niche tourism segments, including shopping, golfing, luxury, soft tourism, theme parks and honeymoon packages, in line with the upcoming Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.
