One of the highlights this May is Vesak Day (12 May 2025), a deeply spiritual celebration for Buddhists, held at the iconic Borobudur Temple. The Lampion Festival – Light of Peace 2025 will be a spectacular sight and a rare opportunity for your clients to experience the cultural diversity of Indonesia.
This season, we’re continuing to focus on our most popular destinations: Java, Bali, Lombok and Komodo. We’re also proud to offer a new 4D3N Vesak Lantern Festival package, which includes visits to Borobudur, Prambanan and Yogyakarta—perfect for travellers in search of history and heritage.
Looking ahead, Panorama Destination Indonesia will be representing the country at IMEX Frankfurt (20–22 May 2024), connecting with partners and promoting Indonesia as a premium destination for both leisure and MICE travel.
We’re currently handling guests from Europe, South Africa and North America, and we’re seeing growing interest in Indonesia’s “Big Five” destinations: Lake Toba, Borobudur, Mount Bromo, Komodo Island and Lombok.
