Country Manager Message – Vietnam

Happy New Year to our partners and friends around the world,

As 2025 came to a close, it marked a truly meaningful chapter for me personally, as well as for our team. This past year, I had the privilege of joining Panorama Destination at the moment our Vietnam office was re-opened — a milestone that I am deeply proud to have been part of. I am sincerely grateful for the guidance, support and trust shown by senior management and colleagues across the Panorama Destination Group, which enabled our Vietnam team to integrate seamlessly and be fully prepared to serve our clients from day one.

This journey would not have been possible without close collaboration across teams, nor without the continued confidence and support of our valued partners and clients. Together, we have laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth, and I look forward to building on this momentum as we move into 2026.

While the destinations themselves may not fundamentally change, the way they are experienced certainly does. Over the past year, Vietnam has continued to evolve in step with global travel trends, placing greater emphasis on immersive, authentic experiences and an elevated service mindset. Today’s travellers are seeking more meaningful connections — not just to places, but to people, culture, and local life — and Vietnam is exceptionally well positioned to deliver this.

In 2026, Vietnam offers travellers a rare combination of experiences within a single destination. From rich cultural heritage and compelling history to diverse natural landscapes and pristine beaches in destinations such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Con Dao, the country continues to captivate visitors from around the world. Above all, Vietnam is defined by its people — warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable — whose human connections transform every journey into a lasting memory and inspire travellers to return again and again.

As we begin the new year, Vietnam will come alive with seasonal celebrations, from New Year’s festivities in major cities to the magical Hoi An Lantern Festival and the vibrant lead-up to Tết, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year. This period offers travellers a particularly rich opportunity to experience Vietnam at its most colourful, festive and culturally immersive.

This month, our focus is on Huế; the former imperial capital, located along the banks of the Perfume River. With its royal heritage, refined cuisine and tranquil atmosphere, Huế offers a striking contrast to Vietnam’s larger cities and invites travellers to explore the country’s history in a more reflective and intimate way.

Looking ahead to 2026, my hope is simple yet sincere: for a world of peace, stability and growth, where people can travel freely, connect deeply and share meaningful experiences. In this spirit, we remain committed to creating journeys that bring people closer to culture, place and one another.

On behalf of Panorama Destination Vietnam, I would like to wish all our partners and clients a very Happy New Year 2026. Thank you for your continued trust and collaboration. We truly value the relationships we have built and look forward to another year of shared successes and memorable journeys together.

Warmest wishes,

Nguyen Thi Minh Trang
