Xin chào! My name is Nguyen Thi Minh Trang, and I’m delighted to introduce myself as the new Country Manager for Panorama Destination Vietnam. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, I’m looking forward to continuing my lifelong passion: creating journeys that connect guests not just to places, but to people, culture, and the stories that make each destination unforgettable.
I look forward to sharing the wonders of Vietnam with you in the months ahead, and introducing your clients to this incredible country. Vietnam is a place of extraordinary contrasts and diversity. From the timeless charm of Hanoi to the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay, from Sapa’s colourful highland markets to the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An, every region reveals a unique facet of our culture and heritage.
Further south, Ho Chi Minh City pulses with energy, while the Mekong Delta offers serene waterways and floating markets. For those seeking beach escapes, Phu Quoc Island provides crystal-clear waters and laid-back serenity. Together, these destinations form a mosaic that few countries can match — a blend of tradition, modernity and warm hospitality.
At Panorama Destination Vietnam, our team is committed to crafting authentic and seamless experiences tailored to the needs and interests of every traveller. Whether it’s a countryside cooking class, a lantern-making workshop, or a local food tour, we design journeys that go beyond sightseeing, allowing guests to delve deeply in Vietnam’s rich cultural landscape.
This October, our spotlight is on Hoi An, where the Mid-Autumn Festival transforms the ancient town into a dreamscape of glowing lanterns, traditional music and street food delights. It’s a perfect time to explore living heritage and connect with local traditions. We also celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day on 20 October — a joyful occasion that fills streets and cities with flowers, music, and the graceful áo dài traditional dress, offering visitors a heartfelt glimpse into our heritage.
I’m excited to be joining the Panorama team at ITB Asia in Singapore this month, and look forward to building strong partnerships with all of you.
