Hello and Happy New Year from Chiang Mai, Thailand! 

As we look back on 2025, it has been a year of strong and steady growth for Panorama Destination Thailand. Our business continued to expand across key markets in Europe, Eastern Europe and the United States, while internally we focused on what matters most: our people. I’m proud to say that we have built a healthier, happier and more dedicated team, with continued investment in staff development and long-term commitment across the organisation. At the same time, we have strengthened our product portfolio, including the development of combined, multi-destination travel packages that better reflect the evolving needs of today’s travellers. 

Over the past year, Thailand as a destination — and our operation within it — has evolved significantly. We organised numerous inspection trips for our team, ensuring they have first-hand knowledge of the products we sell, and a deeper understanding of the services delivered by our trusted local suppliers. Welcoming clients from an increasingly diverse range of countries has also pushed us to adapt, innovate and expand our networks, resulting in more varied products and more personalised services across Thailand and beyond. 

Looking ahead to 2026, Thailand remains an exceptional choice for travellers. The country continues to offer an outstanding balance of affordability and comfort, combined with a unique cultural identity shaped by warm hospitality, world-class cuisine, stunning natural landscapes and iconic golden temples. With year-round travel possibilities and increasing international air connectivity to Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai, Thailand is more accessible than ever. 

Our team has grown alongside the business, with additional staff now covering Bangkok (HQ), Phuket, Chiang Mai and Hua Hin. We have also strengthened our guiding services, welcoming more qualified guides and supporting them through regular training and meetings to ensure consistently high standards for our travellers. 

My hopes for 2026 are simple: that the world becomes a kinder place, that Thailand continues to be seen as a safe and trusted destination, and that confidence returns — both in travel and in the global economy. We look forward to expanding our partnerships with quality clients and continuing to nurture a healthy, loyal and motivated team.
